CEO and Founder
Erin Lutchkus is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of experience in a variety of nursing specialties. Erin aims to provide her patients with the support they need based on their individually unique situations. Erin hopes that her patients feel safe, comfortable, and respected in her care.
When not working, Erin enjoys spending time being active with her family, which include her three rescue dogs- a Tree Walker Coonhound, a Weimaraner, and an Australian Cattle Dog. She tries to maintain positive energy in any situation that presents!

At Mae Mental Wellness, Carol Milliken’s goal is to work collaboratively with her patients to develop a treatment plan that will result in improved mental wellness. She is a highly skilled and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with diverse expertise. Carol is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and is board certified in psychiatric mental health advanced practice nursing, family trauma therapy, emergency, and critical care nursing. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who stands at the forefront of advanced nursing practice and quality improvement in mental health care.
Carol specializes in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to those facing mental health challenges. In addition, she is a compassionate advocate for mental health and a catalyst for positive change in healthcare delivery. Her multifaceted skills, continuous pursuit of knowledge, and dedication to patient well-being guides her as a leader in healthcare.

Reshma is committed to ensuring that the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, with a focus on patient satisfaction and quality.
Shannon Scalise, CPC
Lead Revenue Cycle Specialist
Shannon is a certified medical coder with over 15 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She has previously worked with medical practices of varied specialties including Chiropractic, Oncology, Pediatrics, and Family practice.
In addition to her vast knowledge of the medical billing/coding process and working with insurance companies, she brings a unique perspective and understanding of the intricacies of medical practices and the challenges they face daily. Shannon understands the medical billing puzzle, from eligibility verification to claims reconciliation and every piece in between!
