MYIO

MYIO is Mae Mental Wellness' secure HIPAA compliant platform that includes your patient portal.  The MYIO patient portal app is used for your telehealth appointments, provides quick access to your information and easy messaging and communications with your provider.  

Telehealth sessions that are launched on mobile devices require MYIO, our Patient Portal app, to be installed.   

Please download the MYIO app to join telehealth sessions on your mobile device. Mobile browser access is NOT supported for the live telehealth session. 

If you are on a mobile device, but have not created your own portal account, you can still access your appointment.  You must still download the app, but you can join sessions through the app without an account. Simply download the app and click the guest access link.

Please note that the MYIO patient portal is still available to you as a mobile app  AND  via desktop or mobile browser. However, the telehealth interface must be used only within the MYIO app for security purposes.
